Deutsche Telekom interview questions

One of the worst interview experience so far. I have cleared all the rounds and then HR said we can't offer you the expected salary as it's not in our budget. Before giving interview , I already shared my expected CTC with. HR stopped picking up my calls and no reply on mails as well. Please do not waste the time of a person if you can't offer what they ask. ( at last he said we can offer you X amount which is just 10% hike of my current ctc)
