Submit a CV and cover letter online, Written questions, Numerical/situational tests, Hirevue with about 5 questions (mostly current affairs and motivational), technical telephone interview with a banker based on CV and maths/financial questions about the news

Good interview process consisting of one 30-minute interview with a member of HR. She was very polite and it did not really feel like an interview. She reassured me when I explained to her that I was quite anxious, and after asking me questions she explained what the programme would entail.
