Deutsche Bank interview questions

One behavioural interview with HR and the hiring manager, it is one of the most unexpected experiences i have ever had. During the interview process, I have explicitly mentioned that I was a Moroccan student studying in Italy (non-EU) meaning I had to apply for an authorization to stay for longer than 3 months to the Luxembourgish government, a statement to which HR responded "Oh don't worry, we are a diverse team with people from all around the world, as long as you have a student visa, everything will be fine". Well, things were everything but fine. I received an offer email 3 working days later, in which HR specified that I needed to provide them with my passport, IBAN, Visa and diploma so they can draft a contract to be signed, they indicated that I needed to apply for this authorization as soon as possible, and asked me to provide a criminal record from my first day, I provided them with all the documents necessary, then I was ghosted for 3 weeks, for them to call me (by means of their intern) at the end saying that I was not eligible to intern because I don't have a French/German/Belgian visa. a conversation that was really unclear given the fact that their intern had no idea what she was talking about. I called HR straight away after to find out that they had this company policy of not hiring non-Europeans because they often take time applying for authorizations of stay, which is crazy in my view. I tried to tell them some of the workarounds we can do to avoid this since I have stepped out of a lot of internship selections because of this internship, and I also lost my University accomodation for the following year because of this. Wouldn't recommend anyone to apply for any position in this office with this HR Team in place.
