Initial communication at campus presentation and resume drop with alumni in January 2009. Two weeks later received phone call from Human Resources to schedule a phone interview and on campus interview with senior employees. Phone interview was basic personality/fit interview (ie. describe a time you worked on a team, what motivates you, what weaknesses do you have). Lasted no more than 30 min. Both interviewers were very nice and made sure I knew what the position I was applying for entailed. The campus interview was a little more intense, but similar format. Interviewer asked questions pertaining to my resume first - focusing on work experience, then personality/fit questions. Feedback was positive. Reason for no hire - highly competitive year.
