Interviewed with one manager. Asked questions about my background and why I wanted the position. Asked if he called my manager up what would my manager say about me. Wanted me to decribe myself in 10 words of less

First impression of an employer was disappointing - I was invited into a conference room with transparent windows right in the middle of a general open space area. I have been interviewed by two people - one from HR, another from Finance. HR's questions were nice and clear for the first 20 minutes, but then they began asking me very personal questions, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
