Had a interview just some days after I send my CV. Spend the time there with the HR person and the Head of the Team directly. Very direct questions, even though most of them were standard. regarding the role, I had to explain, why I am the right indiviual and which skills are essential for the role. Got an offer.

Interview
The whole process took about a month, which felt a bit long. There was an HR-type phone screen. A phone screen with the hiring manager, a submitted code sample, and an in-person interview with the team.

I was asked to submit a sample of my coding work. I was asked about general OO principles and web architecture. There were no "trick" questions.

Interview
Interview process was tough. Few rounds were conducted in 2014, did not get any feedback about the interviews , but later in 2015, got a call again from the company and the interview was scheduled within a week and the very next day result was shares. Difficult technical questions ,but amicable interview panel. Overall a learning experience.
