I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Chennai) in Dec 2012
Interview
On-campus interview: went through three rounds (back-to-back) with senior people...asked about finance (call options, put options, options vs futures etc...I didn't know much and made it clear...was then asked math/behavioral questions)...was made an offer within a few hours (standard campus practice)

From memory: Probability question: you are paid the average of the numbers on 100 dice throws vs 100 times the number on 1 dice throw - which do you prefer?
Estimation/market sizing question: something about the local real estate
Behavioral: tell me why I should not hire you in 45 seconds?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
1st round competency based and some financial questions. 2nd Round largely made up of financial markets questions, brainteasers and arithmetic questions. The first round also included some questions on my CV so be prepared. They also wanted to know about your motivations.
Overall a positive experience, the process took 3 weeks. Applied online and got invited after two days to take the numerical test. After 2 weeks I recieved the invitation to the first round interviews in London, two interviewers, relaxed and friendly environment.
