I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
The process first required a phone interview pertaining only to my resume and behavioral questions. The in-office interview was also just resume, open-ended personal questions. The hiring staff was really searching for someone with genuine passion and collaborative abilities. I suggest researching the division you are specifically applying to. Although the success of the entire investment bank is entire to the senior employees and upper-level management, there is certainly a lot of pride for each branch of the bank. Whether you're applying to a role in sales & trading, investment banking, or asset and wealth management, you should know the role, objectives, and performance of the NY groups.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I interviewed for Deutsche Bank and their TMT group in San Francisco. I was asked several technical questions during the first round phone screen, but I was not asked any technical questions during my super day. A majority of the questions I was asked revolved around fit and behavioral topics as well as my knowledge and understanding of the tech industry.
