Technical questions mostly basic finance and banking terms on interview with Hiring Manager. The questions flow naturally through the conversation and there seems to be no ready-list by interviewer. All in all it was an assessment of whether the applicant has entry level awareness of banking terminologies.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Berlín) in Jul 2022
Interview
A couple of stages but none of the interviews were a waste of time at all. All interviewers were very experienced and accessible. It seems like a place where you will definitely learn a lot, and with space to grow.
The interview process for the Operations Analyst role at Deutsche Bank was overall average. While the questions were relevant and aligned with the role, the interaction lacked depth and engagement. There was minimal insight into team culture or growth opportunities, which could have improved the overall candidate experience.
