The interview process begins with a phone screening round with a recruiter. If you pass, you move on to a 1st round with team manager and/or team member. Next is a 2nd round with the department head. Last is the final call w/ HR department to address any questions.

For first round, they were looking for BA person along with QA automation engineer AVP while nothing like BA role was mentioned in JD or was not mentioned by the HR facilitating the process
