Motivationales interview mit veschiedenen fragen eg. Warum hier arbeiten, past experiences, warum diese area und warum man zu einenader passen soll, einige technischen fragen aber nicht im detail sondern nur sehr oberflächlich

Cleared first round,completed second round of f2f, they told to wait for one week as there were other candidates, so I waited for a week and sent an email foe update, no reply or anything just ghosted, atleast they should have called or sent email about being rejected, but they choose not to reply.Even in workday website the application status doesn't have any status its just blank.
