Interview
Screening with a numerical test, quite easy to do, but not very important.
Then first round ITW with also a numerical test, quite the same but once again it doesn't matter, a friend answered to 14 questions, it has not be booled for this.
Then final round with 3 more ITWS.
All ITW were fit based. People are very comprehensive and nice. I was booled after the final round and their feedback was accurate, they are very good at seeing your defaults.
