Send my CV through a job board, got contacted a week later by a recruiter and was invited to an hour long interview with an Associate. Got asked fit questions in the beginning, like what's banking, am I ready to work hard, followed by technical questions, like what happens to cash when account receivables go up by $10.

The first round is a 30 min technical interview pretty straight forward all the basics not many follow up questions. They left about 5 min at end for your questions so be prepared for that and to have a conversation
Quite clear and networking-heavy. Their technical and personal interviews were quite standard for the industry, with questions about previous experience, industry knowledge, and investment background. Be sure to prepare with some knowledge about banks and the overall industry!
