Dentons interview questions

Very quick and straight to the point. Met with HR recruiters, then a call with my line manager and the person who was in the role and the last call was with the Marketing Directors

The process was fair in my opinion. It was one round of interviews after applications. They communicate both acceptances and rejections which I found to be reassuring. Though they did call me 3 days before the interview to inform me about it. I felt like they could have done a better job there. The interview was very competitive but it felt like a fair and balanced process which I appreciated. It was relatively easy to navigate as a first generation law student. Some firms require connections that can sometimes be hard to get or some inside information while I felt like this one was largely merit based.
