Dentons interview questions

After the online application form I was invited to an initial interview with HR. It was a standard competency interview, with some commercial awareness and motivations for applying to Dentons specifically.

Online application, WG test ( waived because I’ve taken it for my brand ambassador application), first-round interview and assessment centre. Generally speaking, a very comfortable experience. The AC consisted of a written exercise, a role-play ( more like a presentation), a case study interview and a behavioral interview. The partners doing the final two interviews were very nice and gave prompts if I stuck. The case study interview was more technical than I had expected, and tested financial/commercial knowledge. In the role play, the senior associate would challenge your opinion, but I suggest sticking to your guns. The written exercise was very content-heavy, with a lot of information to digest within 1 hour.
