Interview was good. The panel was super friendly and kind. I didn't get the job but it was a good interview. They asked how i saw myself progressing as the role would not allow for that. Didn't have a good answer for that. But overall I would rate it a good interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Will you be comfortable in this role as it does not allow for progression into Partner, but you will be a director instead?
Typical OCI process, with first-round being virtual, then being invited to the office for in-person interviews. You meet with 2 sets of a Partner and an Associate and then get a firm tour. If successful, you get invited to another "informal" round, where you meet individually with other firm members. The last step was a student reception.

Question 1
Not many behavioural questions, but personal questions based on your resume.
First stage, virtual interview. I was given unlimited time to think about my answer but recordings of answers were limited to two minutes. When given the questions, I was given advice on how to answer them and potential things to think about and include.
