Test and HR interview and upon successful completion interview with partner. The overall process is quite friendly and without pressure. Given you have a good practical knowledge of the law, it is not a problem to successfully pass over all stages of the recruitment process.

Not professional at all. Very confusing and contradicting instructions. Sent emails to wrong people and was inconsiderate of individual schedules. Example: lost email contact and when they finally found it they scheduled a call at 9:00 pm.

Nothing special, there was an interview with the partner. Some questions about why you and why the firm, plus some technical questions. It was followed by a written test; one need to draft some comments on a case in the practice area.
