Phone interview (a really brief one) with one of their HR member and will arrange you into assessment centre at the end of the call (They just call at anytime, will not email in advance, so be ready and if you miss the call like i did...just call them back it's fine). Assessment centre (group case study + one-on-one interview with staff from the department you applied for), Partner interview with the director of the apartment you applied for.

Interview was an enjoyable process. Interviewers were nice to answer any questions you had. Did not feel very nervous as the interviewers tried their best ease any tension. Group and individual tasks were reasonable. Duration of the whole interview process was 2.5 hours, time varies depending on how long your 1-1 interview lasts.
