It was a zoom call, very chill. The first part was behavioural and the second was case questions. They were no too bad but I fumbled some questions and got too nervous in the second part.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work in our department? What is the benefit of working with people from diverse backgrounds? How did you overcome difficulties?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Auckland, ) in Apr 2023
Interview
I had an interview with Deloitte's Data & AI consulting department. The first interview was a phone screen with HR, and the second was a virtual interview with a manager. Each interview lasted around 45 minutes and consisted of behavioural and technical questions. I was impressed with the interview process overall. The questions were challenging but fair, and the interviewers seemed genuinely interested in my answers. However, I would have appreciated more feedback after each round of interviews, as it was difficult to know where I stood in the process. I was asked a mix of behavioural and technical questions in each round of interviews.
