You apply online and do a short online assessment. After which you get a call from HR to interview. Only one round of interview and they got back to me very early

It was well-organised. The interviewer made the atmosphere comfortable and treated it as close as possible to a casual conversation about me and my skills. The Interview had two parts: the first part was the questions and conversations around me and my skills and the second half was three on-the-spot questions about business. The second part isn't as difficult as anyone could assume.
