Deloitte uses 3 steps in its recruiting process: Resume and cover letter screening First round interviews Second round interviews First round interviews usually contain one behavioural interview (30 to 45mins) and one or two case interviews (30 to 45mins each). This is quite similar to what you could expect at other consulting firms. Second round interviews are slightly different however. They include one case interview and one behavioural interview, like in the first round. But in addition, you will also be asked to complete a group case interview.
