After I submitted my paper application, I was invited to do a pre-recorded interview with HireVue that were all behavioural questions and the typical "tell me about yourself" and "why Deloitte". Then I did a video interview with a senior consultant (case analysis) and a partner (behavioural). The partner interview was quite hard and asked me super big-picture questions that in hindsight, I did not prepare enough for but should have definitely been able to answer.

What are the biggest challenges Canadian workforces will encounter?
Really helpful people who were happy to answer any questions which you may have. Overall easy experience with friendly staff and interviewers. Would definitely apply again due to the ease of process.
Deloitte uses 3 steps in its recruiting process:
Resume and cover letter screening
First round interviews
Second round interviews
First round interviews usually contain one behavioural interview (30 to 45mins) and one or two case interviews (30 to 45mins each). This is quite similar to what you could expect at other consulting firms.
Second round interviews are slightly different however. They include one case interview and one behavioural interview, like in the first round. But in addition, you will also be asked to complete a group case interview.
