Smooth and professional. Good mix of theory and live coding. Complexity is medium. The interviewer was engaging. Two rounds that went great. There were two rounds, both of which went well, with a consistent structure and clear evaluation criteria. Feedback loops during coding were constructive, and the pace allowed for explaining trade-offs and design decisions rather than just arriving at a solution. Overall, the process felt fair, technically sound, and respectful of my time.
Too much dirty process. Last Saturday we went for interview face to face. There was around 60-70 candidates for same. Morning at 12 i was there and I returned back almost 9 in night.
There is not any standard process they followed.
