3 rounds of interviews after initial screening - this was due to an internal referral, the conversations were topical and focused on my background and interests. Courteous discussions with the partners and Directors of the firm and practice that I was being hired into.
Lengthy and lacking organization, there was no “next step” set, and many follow ups were needed from the candidate side. HR seemed quite disconnected from the business, who came unprepared for the interviews

Behavioral interview standard: tell me about a time when you … (insert technical question) - mostly to see how I handled different aspects of a digital transformation
Three stage interviews plus case study with increasing levels of seniority in the business from senior manager to Director and to Partner. Length of time was long between interviews and to final offer. Case study was not too difficult.
