First round: it was online exam of crisp salesforce based questions.
Second round: this is where I felt Deloitte did wrong. You can’t have 3 year experience candidates to take interviews. It was pretty bad because they were not sure about their questions. Normally recruiter is senior person who knows all the stuff and here a person who was sitting told me even he doesn’t know most of stuff. On what basis he judged me I wasn’t sure.
Conclusion: great company but hiring process is horrible. Need to be good looking girl to crack the interview.
