Deloitte SAP Consultant interview questions

Eerst een call, dan de case, dan de management interview, gevolgd door de hr interview en tenslotte een partner interview. Iedereen altijd heel vriendelijk, open en behulpzaam. Hr interview was het moeilijkste omdat enkel daar die werd gevraagd rond persoonlijkheids vragen enz

Interview process was fine but my experience with recruiters were horrible. Recruiters were not responding, not even acknowledging any mail or query once offer released. Deloitte doesn't have the capability to match candidate's expectation and in the name of negotiation they just focus on counter offer. when candidate provide counter offer then they simply deny to meet the expectation. They are just name sake Big4. No matter how much you follow-up, Deloitte will not even change the joining date if the provided date is earlier than your LWD. It's not an Employee Centric Organisation. Recruiters are not at all active, supportive and helpful. It's an horrible experience and will not recommend anyone to join such organisation. Before joining they are giving so much pain, headache and trauma, god knows how they will treat afterwards. We need a strong law against such organisation so that they cannot exploit anyone.
