Very time taking procedure. Almost took 2 months for 2 round of interview and at last they don't even bother to inform at least via mail. They don't test your skill set and only thing matter is those 26 letters of English !
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte in Jun 2017
Interview
Initial telephone interview went well and they were interested in getting me in to interview in person. A followup call happened soon after, though, and a lot of questions revolved around my current "situation", basically trying to assertion my age and relationship status. I heard later that I was no longer being considered because there were people with more experience. I have 7 years of experience and it was an entry level job. I can't help but think I was discriminated against because they think I want to start a family soon, which I don't, but I assume they think I do. I won't be applying to anymore jobs at Deloitte.

I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
After spending 30 minutes on the website simply trying to use their archaic application software, I withdrew my application. If a consulting firm this size can't even use modern and slick methods to recruit, I'm not interested. What a joke. Remind me never to use their services when I move into my next leadership role.
