Deloitte Risk Analyst interview questions

Recruitment hell. I had passed all interviews for my dream job and got told how amazing I was but that I was "over qualified" and would be fast tracked onto a more advanced role with the same team. I was then strung along for 3-months whilst the recruiter made out to me the whole time I would have the job and it would just be a formality. I then interviewed again for the new role and after waiting 2 weeks was told I wasn't successful. I put so much effort and time into the whole process. How is it fair to be treated like this.

it was campus placement. there were 2 rounds..both technical. one written and another face to face. Questions were related to projects and basic python questions. also basic ML DL questions
