Deloitte Project Intern interview questions

I first got a Telephone interview. They asked me a few conpetency and motivation related questions. Then I was invited to do an Online test. After I passed the test, I got an invitatoin to draw 4 slides about how to make a construction company achieve standardization in their project management. I was asked to present the slides in 48 hours.
