I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
I beat out 100 others during the interview process. The partner who liked me liked my experience and confidence and knowledge. I ended up mostly working for another partner who just did more of a meet and greet and a senior manager who just answered questions.

Question 1
Very high level questions. IMO, the interview process was way too easy. Tell me your experience type of questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Denver, CO)
Interview
Salary expectations were a requirement on the application. A recruiter reached out to me and ask me to do the first round video screen through HireVue. I spent quite a bit of time preparing for it. The last question on the screen was "what are your salary requirements," so I repeated the same number that I put on my application. I waited a few days and followed up with the recruiter. She emailed me and told me my salary expectations were too high for the position. I wished she would have paid more attention upfront on the application- it would have saved me the time and trouble of the video interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to mentor someone on your team.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2017
Interview
The process leading up to the final in-person office interview seemed standard. But then the final in-person interview came and I had prepared for it to be much harder and intense with the case interview and such. The case was a breeze but it was the other two interviews with managing directors. They both primarily talked about themselves and really didn't get to know me and my experiences through expected questioning. They both worked at my prior company and loved to talk about that and one pressed me for what I have heard about the company differences. I really only had one difference I had heard but he kept wanting to know more. Very odd. They of course left time for my questions, which I had, but then it was over, no more time. They talked about themselves, then my questions, and that was it. I didn't get an offer and by the line of questioning I can only assume they had another candidate they already wanted and I didn't have a chance from the get go! It was really a waste of my time and their time (interviewers and recruiters)
