First interview with a Senior Manager which was competency based, second interview with a Director which was a case study presentation (time allocated to prepare slides was most challenging element for me) and then a final interview with another Director / Partner. The final interview was slightly more conversational than the first round as they are trying to assess cultural fit and understand your career aspirations etc., but make no mistake, it is still an interview and be prepared for competency based questions to be asked of you during this stage as a final test.
