Deloitte Manager interview questions

Very straight forward and difficult to crack some technical questions. At least 3 rounds of discussion are done for manager level roles in SAP consulting space. SAP jobs are in high demand at the moment and lot of position open

Very unorganized and misleading process. Was told there would be 3 interviews and if I make it to the 3rd it is just a “confirmation”. Recruiter told me no consulting experience is required. 1st interviewer made an inappropriate comment about my dress shirt (recruiter told me to dress up). 2nd interviewer did not show up. Was rescheduled with someone else. 3rd interview was scheduled, meeting invite had someone else name than who recruiter told me I would meet with. After all this the recruiter sent me an email stating they are looking for people with consulting experience. Complete waste of my time!
