Laid back. After an online application, where you upload your cv and answer a few questions they contact you by email to book a slot if succesful. Took place through MS Teams. Laid back, they just want to get to know you. Dress appropraitely even if the interview is digital

- All questions were behavioral - no technical questions - some interviews were simply a conversation - not much Q&A - some interviews asked behavior related questions that you can find on line - strengths and weaknesses, etc.
