I first had resume screening, then first call to assess interest, then business case to assess soft skills, then 3 interviews (HR, hiring manager, partner) where job-organization fit, job-person fit and technical capabilities are assessed.

The case interview was pretty conversational, and the interview was mostly interviewer-led. They let you use Excel or a calculator to do simple math problems. a little bit of technical difficulties but it went smooth.
