Interview
After the e-tray there were 2 interviews, one with a manager/senior manager/director and the final interview is with a partner. They have changed the process now to include a assessment centre. Went through the whole process within a month and a half, very quick.
Interviewers were extremely friendly and professional, and did not make you feel awkward or stupid.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
