Interview
My internship was sponsored by the state (ESPA). There were some uploaded positions in our university's website. I chose the ones that interested me. We did a 30 minutes interview with deloitte about what interestes me the most and about 1 week later they called me to offer me a positiom.

Question 1
Tell me which courses you like the most in your uni.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
