I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online. The online test was the most difficult part I would say, lots of verbal test. Then the first interview including a case study and long project interview. The interview was more like a conversation rather than behavior questions, but went very deep in every detail you have done. I was invited to a partner interview after about two weeks (a little bit too long probably because of the Christmas holiday), including a presentation (audit rotation) and competency interview (based on your application form, so read it before interview). I would say my partner was so nice and professional, unlike others I have seen. The whole process was so enjoyable and she talked a lot. No business questions but if you can consider those (i.e. audit reform, Brexit, interest rate, etc.) in the answers that will be great. The result will come in 72 hours.

Question 1
Why made you interested in working for Deloitte and this field?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Sídney) in May 2025
Interview
It was great. It’s a very open process, and they provide feedback regardless of your outcome, which I believe is very helpful and a great opportunity to learn and improve for future applications.
