Interview
Online assessment questions, followed by a written and multiple choice scenario test. Then on to a competency based interview with a Senior Manager, then a final Partner interview, which involved a presentation. My partner interview, after having discussed with others was rather tough. I was grilled on the future of the finance industry, and we spent a very long time dissecting my presentation.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
