Interview
Interiview process was quite seamless and good. It was very comfortable and friendly and lot of questions ,use cases and scenarios been asked.interviewer was quite good at talks and did everything to make person comfortable
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
