firstly do Aptitutude test online. afterwards do written test on a topic onsite, writing two passages in english and chinese. then Interview with managers and HR separately. Individual interview instead of group interview as mid-join.
Very friendly conversation. Good vibe, time to explain my CV and some questions about myself, teamwork, experience, education, etc. The interview was in english and lasted for about thirty minutes.
Hubo tres entrevistas. La primera para conocer la empresa, la segunda con recursos humanos y la tercera con un gerente. En la segunda fueron preguntas de motivación y la última preguntas de motivación + juego mental final.
