simple interview with HR , simple tech questions by managers , simple chat with all of them (3 interviews total in a space of one and a half week , and i got the answer/offer in one and a half week after)
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte in May 2026
Interview
Overall it was good. Simple and Straightforward. Was expecting an offer but got rejected. Communication with the HRs for interview scheduling or process can be better. Interviewers were good. Thanks
