Interview
Step by step it goes through online with standard tests, then for me it was an assessment centre with a group exercise, e tray exercise and a manager interview. These weren't too bad the key for the group exercise is not getting your point to win its making sure that you are a team player and get everyone involved in the discussion. The final step was a partner interview which invloved a presentation and then a values based discussion and the key here is to stay relaxed!
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
