After the application process and the first interview made by HR we met at the offices and I got to know the responsible persons for my potential role. They interviewed me and I had the opportunity to ask any question I want.

What experiences did you already gain regarding the job description? What general job/academic experience do you have and how could you integrate it into the new role?
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
