Application then hirevue questions. Had to answer 5 behavioural questions such as what are your strengths, what motivates you etc. there was also an online assessment testing your case skills
Psychometric tests followed by job simulation and then an assessment centre which consisted of a topic presentation and and interview with the director. Topic was provided beforehand and lots of guidance was given.

What was a time you had to come up with a creative solution to a problem?
It was so-so. The interviewer was kind, but it would've been better if you guys give assurance/confirmation about the result of the interview. I would respect the company more if you did this right to other applicants.
It was an online super day. With 2 group activities and two interviews with directors. Directors asked mostly behaviour questions. The group activities were more hands on, required to work in a team and present results and conclusion at the end.
