Interview
The process consisted of four stages, with two case studies in the middle.
All over the interviewers looked quite junior, the case studies were presented on the spot (no shared material, no time to reflect and prepare those) and run in a very unrealistic manner.
More than once the interview got cancelled and postponed last minute.
Nobody could even tell who the person reporting to was, nor what the OKRs might have been.

Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
