Began with an online application. Telephone interview general values based interview, give me an example when ... In-Tray, Maths, Verbal, Critical thinking exam. Then Assesment day, re-did the mathematical examination. Group exercise, case study and then individualised interview

What are your biggest weaknesses. Describe a time you failed. How would you go about building a house
Psychometric tests followed by job simulation and then an assessment centre which consisted of a topic presentation and and interview with the director. Topic was provided beforehand and lots of guidance was given.

What was a time you had to come up with a creative solution to a problem?
It was so-so. The interviewer was kind, but it would've been better if you guys give assurance/confirmation about the result of the interview. I would respect the company more if you did this right to other applicants.
It was an online super day. With 2 group activities and two interviews with directors. Directors asked mostly behaviour questions. The group activities were more hands on, required to work in a team and present results and conclusion at the end.
