Easy, i was trying to enter an internship program in 2006 for business process outsourcing area so in that way I could enter Deloitte. In 2007 I was formally hired and then in 2008 I switched to Financial Advisory, the area I belong nowadays. In fact getting in such area was easy, since I had preference in the process for being already a Deloitte's employee. The interview process had multiple stages, including an interview using the HireVue video platform. Interviews included meeting with a recruiter, peers from the team I interviewed with, and leaders on that team. The interview process was very straightforward.

The interview process was average big4 interview with general questions about yourself and experiences, which took about 30 - 40mins. Interviewer was professional and I had a neutral experience about the interview
