Interview
First stage was aptitude tests, followed by online video interview. The aptitude tests were akin to that of other consultancies, but the video interview was much more technically based than other interviews.
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.

Interview
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.
