Interview
First interview was from phone at least 10 minutes
Then was the assessment test after 3 days
After another 2 days it was the second interview was from Microsoft Teams with HR and with a manager for around 40 minutes
Third interview after 3 days from second with another manager asking accounting question
Fourth interview was after 2 days with director
Fifth interview for the possibility to go to another department
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
