Interview
Three rounds of interviews.
First one is video interview.
Second one is case study interview.
Third is behavioural + questions around the CV.
The whole process lasted for several weeks. Once passed the video interview, it only took 2 weeks to finish the two other ones.

Why Deloitte
What's the challenge of your last work
Not comfortable. It didn’t feel like I was being fully analyzed and taken into account thought their process. It feels too impersonal which I guess it make it hard ti judge a person.
They present you the internship programs. After that, some technical questions so they understand your interests and in which program you wish to apply and then some personality questions by the HR interviewer.

Interview
Went very smoothly.
The interviewer was very nice and the whole process was straight forward and enjoyable. They also fund your ACA if you manage to convert to the graduate role.
