It was a group assessment process that was conducted at deloitte place. we were a group of 9 applicants. The whole process was challenging but fun. The group assessment took a total of 25 minutes

We were given some cards with different information on it and as a group we were asked to solve a specific question asked by the interviewer by using the information on the card...each member was to state the information on the card that is relevant to the question to try and solve the question asked.
The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, salary expectations, and interest in Deloitte. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with the team. They asked about my previous experience, how I handle pressure, and how I would work with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Overall, the difficulty was average.

They asked me why I wanted to join Deloitte and how my skills and previous experience would help me succeed as an Associate in Dubai.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
